Come join Alamo Stone Church as we welcome students to the UTSA campus and help them move into their dorms.
The event schedule is below. To help with the planning process, we have divided the event into 3 hour shifts. If you have not already done so, please let David Fry (210-897-8445) know when you will be helping.
Friday, August 24. Freshmen Move In
Shift 1: Noon to 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 3 PM to 6 PM

Saturday, August 25. Bar-B-Q
6:30 PM to about 8 PM
The Bar-B-Q will be held in the field just above (North of) Chisholm Hall. Click here for a map. Note that the green arrow locates the field where the Bar-B-Q will be held.
You may park on Margaret Tobin Ave or in the parking lot above the field. Do not park in "Reserved" parking at any time as you likely get a ticket.
We will have games, music, food and great fellowship as we meet new students and introduce them to Cru and Alamo Stone Church.
Please be in prayer for Cru and ASC as we prepare for and conduct this outreach. Pray the the Lord will use this event to reach people with His love.
